Where do you ship to?

How long does it take to ship a product?

Orders are shipped the same day.

We offer shipping as quick as next day UPS express or offer standard UPS shipping of 2-5 days.

What payment options do I have?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

What currency will I be charged in?

US Customers will be charged in USD.

Canadian customers will be charged in CAD.

All customers outside of Canada will be charged in USD.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order. The quickest way to reach us is by phone or the chat function on the website.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Contact us to find out about custom sizing on a specific item.

* Custom sizing is only available on select items. Please call our customer support line or send us an email to ask if an item is available for custom sizing. *

What is your return policy?

Products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a 100% refund if you are not completely satisfied. Product must be unworn with tags attached.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a year-long warranty on all purchases.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we receive a product it can take up to 3 business days to process a return.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not offer traditional exchanges. We suggest placing a new order prior to returning your original order; this ensures that we don’t run out of your product or size while the return is in transit.

Once you have placed a new order please indicate on the packing slip or an additional note the new order number and place that paper inside the returned item shipping box. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your products made with real sheepskin?

Yes, all of our products are made with 100% real sheepskin.

Where does your sheepskin come from?

All of our sheepskin pelts are sourced from Australia and New Zealand. The specific sheep used is a merino crossbreed sheep.

What is the tanning process for your natural sheepskin rugs?

We are one of the few tanneries that do not tan in China.  We have access to some of the cleanest water in the world in New Zealand and are regulated closely to maintain the high standards.  We follow the Oko-Tech guide to safe chemicals and strive to have the lowest chemical content possible in our skins.

Are your sheepskins eco-friendly?

Sheepskin is a natural renewable resource. It is also biodegradable, so it won’t be lying in a landfill years from now like man-made products.

What is “medical sheepskin”?

Medical sheepskin is different from regular sheepskin. The main difference is that medical sheepskin is sheared to a length of approximately 1.25” (roughly 30mm). This is the optimal pile height to evenly re-distribute weight, which works exceptionally well when it comes to reducing and preventing bedsores.

Can my baby benefit from sheepskin?

Yes, sheepskin is soothing to a baby. Research has shown that babies are more content, cry less and sleep more soundly when they sleep on natural sheepskin.

Does sheepskin fade in sunlight?

With all natural products it is recommended to keep the product out of direct sunlight as this can change the coloring for the rug.

Why are the ivory sheepskins slightly yellow?

All natural sheepskin will have some yellowing. This is the reason we sell them as Ivory and not white.  In order to get the skins really white would require adding extra chemicals that can damage the wool leaving it harsh and dry.

Do your sheepskin products have a smell?

In New Zealand we have access to the cleanest water in the world, which we use to produce our sheepskins. We strive for the lowest chemical content in our skins. Customers have told us that they are pleasantly surprised that our sheepskins are odor-free. We are one of the few companies that does not tan our sheepskin rugs in China.
