Norko™ Mouton Sheepskin & Nylon OPP Hat Mouton Sheepskin Aviator Hat . This bomber hat is made with extra thick and warm black mouton sheepskin and a water resistant black nylon shell. It has nylon ties that extend from the ear flaps. The ear flaps can be worn down for extra warmth or neatly folded up and tied at the top. This is the hat worn by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Canada. It is standard issue to all OPP officers. Exceptional quality. Mouton fur refers to lamb hair which has been straightened, and thermally set to produce a moisture repellent finish.
