• Unused items, with all of the original tags intact must be post marked within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund of the item cost. Items returned without original tags attached may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To Return a Purchase

1. Sign In to your account: Account Sign-in using the email address that you used when you made your purchase.

2. Click the link entitled need to return this product next to the product on your account page.

3. Add your comments on why you are returning the product and choose "exchange" , "refund" , or "Store Credit" from the options. If you would like an exchange, include details in the comments.

4. You will then be shown a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Within 24 hrs you will receive an email with specific instructions on where and how to ship the return item.

Refund requests - will be processed within 72hrs of the item being received. Refunds will be made in the full amount of price paid for the returned item. Credit card refunds will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Exchange requests - you must indicate the item, size and color (if applicable) in the comments with your return request. We will place a new order on your behalf and ship it to you at no cost as soon as we receive your returned item. If the value of the exchange item differs from the returned item please indicate how you would like to handle the difference (refund or additional charges).

Store Credit requests - will be sent in the form of an electronic Gift Voucher code (gift certificate) which will be emailed to you. A gift voucher is the same as a gift card or gift certificate. It can be used toward any purchase in our store and never expires. The value of the gift voucher will be equal to the price paid for the returned item(s) plus the value of shipping the returned item.
