Where can I check the status of my order?

What does it mean when a product requires "production time"?
Some of our products are made-to-order and require production time. The specific production time frame will be clearly disclosed in the product features. Once your product is ready and has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email with your tracking information.
Are your products real fur?
We’ve been working with real fur products for the past 15 years. Over 95% of the products listed on our website are real fur. If the product contains faux fur, it will be clearly listed under the “Features”.
How do I know what size I should order?
On each product page, you'll find a Size Guide that includes instructions on how to measure for your size and details the measurements for the product. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Where are your sheepskins from?
All of our sheepskin pelts are sourced from Australia and New Zealand. The specific sheep used is a merino crossbred sheep.
Will my fur get damaged if it comes in contact with snow or rain?
Fur products are meant to withstand winter weather such as snow or sleet, but should not be exposed to heavy rainfall and should not be submerged in water. Light rain or snow will not harm your fur. Damp fur can be air dried to restore its natural beauty.
How should I clean my fur product?
Use our Fur Cleaning Kit to spot clean small stains or smells. Fur should only be air dried. For larger stains and more intensive cleaning, it is recommended to seek professional assistance. Any local furrier or dry cleaner experienced with fur cleaning will suffice.
What is sheared fur?
Shearing fur is to trim the long guard hairs to showcase the soft underfur of the animal. Shearing gives the fur product a different look and softer feel.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
