We got the double medical sheepskin and we are very happy with it. It is much better that other ones that we got from Amazon which was not as compact and looked fake and we ended up return it back to Amazon.
This one it is very comfortable and it feel very nice and soft when used.
The only complain it is that I do not remember to be able to choose a color when we purchase it: in pictures it was a white one and we got a cream one, but this worked well for us.
Love this purchase! We bought it to help protect a leather couch from our dogs and add some visual interest to the room. It is so so comfortable that we are considering a sheepskin mattress cover now. The quality is really high, much better than what you might find at an interiors store. And we love the shorn length - makes it plush and easy to spot clean.
Years of joint pain from side sleeping on a firm mattress has left me hopeless and perpetually angry, but on this pad I finally sleep. I bought two for a queen mattress and they're life changing.
I was thinking of ordering this pad to sleep on. I am a very hot sleeper. I can not get comfortable at night so I thought I would give this a try. I have tried everything else. I was kind of skeptical since it’s all fuzzy but I have heard that it will help keep you cool. I have had it about a week and it is WONDERFUL. I love it. I will probably order more so I can always have one ready. It does help keep me cooler.
Our first order was the double medical sheepskin pad to cushion a recliner, the lumbar pillow and cleaning kit, all which arrived quickly and in good condition. We decided we wanted something with more padding for the recliner and then ordered the half queen medical bed pad, which also arrived quickly. It's nice and thick and so far stay put fairly well in the recliner and the irregular shaped pad is now in the computer chair. Unfortunately, the lumbar pillow is too thick and hard for our comfort, and the the strap is too short to go around the two chairs we've tried it on, but we are hoping to figure out another use for it. Overall, I'd highly recommend this company, good products, fast service, especially in these trying times when some things take weeks & months to arrive, or never at all. Good job, Sheepskin Town!
Looks and feels Great and is so nice and clean . Bought for my 85 year old mom who sits and sleeps on a recliner since she had a bad fall and hurt her ribs. I think it will fit and fell Great to lay on. It came quickly and looks better than I thought it may be. I'll let you know how she likes it. Thanks tim
Need to include care instructions in package or correspondance. A free sample of an appropriate soap or cleaner would be appreciated as many different opinions on internet as to what you should use.
I suffer with a serious back condition and placing this sheepskin on my bed, under the sheets, is allowing me to have a much better sleep. A terrific investment!
Our recent purchase of the double sheepskin has been a good choice for our mother. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged. The sheepskin is very high quality, beautiful, soft and clean, as well as very comfortable. It is a good length with enough to tuck over the top and bottom of her hospital bed, and has helped in creating a more comfortable sleeping surface, promoting healing of our mother's pressure sores which have been a problem due to her limited mobility. Very easy purchase and quick delivery.

The piece we ordered was just as described. We ordered a large piece to go over a recliner for a handicapped family member. She was extremely happy with it. We were unsure when we ordered if it was going to be wool glued to something or actual sheepskin - wool and leather. It was the real thing - wool still on the leather just as the sheep last wore it except no smell or dirt; just soft fantastic wool. I wish I had ordered this years ago.

I bought this sheepskin for my son in fact I bought two, the smaller one then a larger size because the smaller one was so good.The main reason was occupational back ache, and he cannot praise them enough for the difference they have made both for sleeping and how he now feels during the day with his long hours leaning over an operating table.Trouble free purchase and quick delivery. Over all great product, I would like to see them a little wider with more dense wool and leather backing. I have been using sheepskins for pressure sore prevention for over 20 years now and the sheepskins over the years have been getting lighter weight and smaller in size. The breed of sheep has changed or something. I have been struggling the last four years getting the sheepskins that I'm accustomed to. Sheepskin Town has the largest I can find at this time and I have been trying hard too. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I try to get them to sort through their inventory to pick one as close to my needs as they can before they ship me one. Thanks! Shipping and price is great!
