Great delivery and customer service. This had was not has thick as my dad had wanted. Next time we will buy a hat from Sheepskin town but will get one that has thicker wool. The gloves my dad wanted he loves.

This product did not look exactly like I was expecting. There are seams in the front and back, instead of just in the back. And the brim is neither as wide nor as stiff as I expected. But it is high quality material and made well.

I bought the sheepskin trapper hat for a Christmas gift. Love the looks and feel. BUT I was very disappointed to find the tag inside: "Made in China". The website stated that most products were made in the USA or Canada. I was disappointed. I'll keep the hat but think that the website should share where each product is made. It would have made a difference in my choice.

I was disappointed. I thought that it would be sheepskin throughout. Only the flaps and visor were sheepskin wool. I returned it.

The slippers are excellent. The service is good. But i felt ripped off when I had to exchange. They order us to return the product by Canada Post, NOT UPS. I returned in the same box. I had to pay $12.72, so all in all I paid 23.72 in shipping costs while they said it would not be more than 3 to 6 dollars. That is almost half the price of the slippers! I am very unhappy about this. I got an apology for this.

Too tight, otherwise a very nice, warm and soft house shoe. It would be nice if your company could offer them in varying widths. Hopefully, they stretch through wear.

I ordered two ladys mittens and they were thrilled with the litle fancy trimming I ordered the x large mittens and they are warm but I would have liked to see them a litle longer up the wrist as I find on a cold day they are to short other then that a great product

I have wide feet and these were very tight. The sole is also thick and inflexible. My heel slipped out of them every time I took a step. These will probably fit people with normal width feet, but just beware that the sole doesn't bend at all. I ended up returning them and getting the soft sole sheepskin moccasins which fit me much better.

Shopping was easy. I ordered them on a Friday and received them on Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately they were bought for my dad and the top is too tight and he can't get his foot in them which surprise me since he has small slender feet for a man mine feet are even bigger. So will be returning them but the over all quality is great.

Pretty much as shown but the strap needs additional grommet holes - at least one. And, the strap end has no retainer to tuck it into at the buckle. A snap type system would actually probably be better.

I had to return these slippers, I ordered a women's size 8 and they were way too small. I didn't want to take a chance and re-order a 9, and face the same problem, so I just packed them up to return per the instructions. It's a shame because they are very well made, and just the style I wanted. I am disappointed that the size didn't fit, and now have to pay for the return shipping.

The gloves look great, and are true to size. Unfortunately, the seam between the fur and the smooth leather of the gloves has several gaps in it on one of the gloves, so I will be exchanging the product.

Pros: Fast shipping, blanket very soft, what you see in the picture is what you get and nice colour.

Cons: I can only review by my experience with other sheepskin items from other suppliers , the fur is not very thick but thin when you run your hands throw it. The blanket is made up of very thin strips and you can see quite clearly where they were sewn together and if you brush the fur towards the outer edges you may get the size you order.

Product not bad but I seen better for the same price.

I purchased this as a gift to be used in a vehicle. There was no information included with the item that states it is real sheepskin or any product information included. It is plush and soft and does work well.

I was a little disappointed in their warmth. I have used them, my hands did not stay warm and I haven't worn them in the cold of winter yet.
However, the ordering and quick delivery was excellent.

DId not know "nappa" was leather...I wanted suede with the typical sheepskin lining - not furry lining. The baby finger is too long.

Product as described. Great Value. It was shipped same day. I paid for expedited shipping, sadly UPS took their sweet time. I was able to track the shipment. It was on the truck for delivery and then it went back to the depot. It was delivered next business day. UPS left it on my front porch. Other Nathan the courier. The rest of the experience was perfect

Been looking for a trapper hat for a while, really didn't like the "off the shelf" ones you find in retailers. This is a classic hat, ideal for the harsh winter we've been having in the northeast.
I was between sizes and opted for an XL, wish it was a little more "snug", but I'm a happy camper.

The gloves are well made, soft inside and out while keeping that masculine look for my husband's 7th wedding anniversary gift (wool)!

Warm, soft with quality leather however sizing is way off. The gloves were enormously big and had to return.

This rug is beautiful and good quality. My only disappointment is that the color twilight is not at all like the picture, so much darker, some white but almost all very dark charcoal color... Not sure if I will keep it. Buy the brush, it makes the fur look much nicer. Shipping was fast. Thank you
