I found out my massage therapist has one and loves it as well. She says it's just as comfortable in the summer since the fibers keep you cool.

My Dad who is 89 and confined to a wheel chair or bed on a daily basis had fought with bed sores for much to long. Recently, we heard about the sheepskin and purchased one from Sheepskin Town (the best prices around by the way) and WOW! He is soooo comfortable now. Not a sign of a sore! He is getting another sheepskin for his wheelchair and pads for his wheelchair arms!
Wonderful rug, this is my third one. Ivory color is fantastic since it matches my Italian ivory leather bed to perfection. In fact this is my third bowron ivory rug since I have bought 2 big ones for dinning room and front room, also ivory since I try to keep the same color through the house. Now, it is really easy to wash them. I do wash them in a public washer using biggest machine they have, warm water, low spin for 20 minutes and I use kokobuya - it is a product you can buy on ebay or amazon. Then I dry outside for a day or so, then I use a brush and brush them on the fence while they hanging. Make sure they completely dry and they never fall apart, never lost color or hair. The product is kokobuya (not exact spelling) but it is designed for delicate fabrics and leather. Yes, you can machine wash them, I did it 2 times already and they came out great. Dry cleaning of them must of cost a fortune but I don't think they would come out as clean when I use that kokobuya. You can also hand wash if you prefer but I have one rug 9 by 10, and other 5 by 8 so they would not even fit into bathtub to get a good wash. I just go to local washer and use the biggest machine they have. Great product..
I have looked everywhere for a pair of slippers like this. They are very well made and warm. I wish they came up higher around my ankles like bootie, but other than that, I love them!

Awesome product. Keeps me from sweating during the night while keeping me warm and cool at the same time. But would be nice to have a size smaller, for the regular pillow 20x26. I would get more if they were for the regular pillow.
Chicago was -30 degrees 2 days ago and I own shearling boots ,gloves , and shearling coat to my ankles !!
I lost my shearling hat 2 weeks ago and came across sheep skin town in the internet . I absolutely love my hat !!! I was worried about the quality of the shearling as many are very thin which wouldn’t work the Chicago climate! It was such a pleasant surprise to see and feel the quality of this shearling from Canada! It was thick and plush and the hat fit perfectly ! I roll the trim down just slightly so to have full coverage of my ears!! I am so warm and toasty !
MAy need to replace my gloves since the shearling gloves I have are rather thin weight. If sheep skin town gloves are as plush and thick as the hat.... we have a deal!!!!

I have ALS. I'm not bedridden, but moving in bed is becoming more and more difficult so I spend more time in one position. I also find keeping my limbs warm helps decrease muscle cramps and stiffness common to ALS. I bought two XL pads. I used one for the first time last night and found it extremely comfortable, warm and snug and slept quite soundly. The second pad I plan to use on my armchair and with my rolling walker.
They are a great slipper. So warm, soft and easy to get on and off. The sole is a soft leather, so I'm thinking they will wear out before the rest of the slipper is ready to retire. I searched retail and internet, and you are the only place where I could source these. Thank you!
Purchased this for my two and a half year old daughter. She'd transitioned from crib to toddler rail and we gradually noticed she wasn't able to get comfortable on the very firm baby mattress. Tried an extra padded mattress cover but she would still roll around and not get to sleep, especially at the all important nap time. Our sheepskin arrived in less than a week (during a northern snowstorm) with no odor (I'm real picky a/b that) and is soft and beautiful. We didn't have to air it as expected and she loves it! We place it under her fitted sheet and, though nap time is far from perfect, we've noticed a positive difference. Now she talks about, "...sleeping on my sheep..." at bedtime.

These rugs are fabulous and arrived quickly and in great condition. I purchased them to use as seat covers in the truck as we move from Georgia to the Rocky Mountains. They are already in use and will keep us warm for many years to come.
I have tried a few mattresses ------ not much luck. The last comfortable one I can remember was the one in the military because of the flat springs under a thin mattress. I tried the "miracle foam" --- felt ok for a while but then started getting sore on the edges---(the 'line' where I'd sink to).. Turned into a nightmare. Although I wish I would have heard about the sheepskin cover back then. I think that would have remedied the situation.About 3 mattresses and 8 years later I order the sheepskin---received it 6 days later. Best move I could've made !!! My back and sides (hips and shoulders) no longer are sore. I sleep much better. I only wish I'd gotten it sooner. Good quality product. Thank you Sheepskin Town !!!!!!
I ordered two of Your Sheep skins for My wife, She has Alzheimer's, She now is at the point that She can't stand alone so She in bet for long hours, with the Sheep Skins we don't have to turn Her as often to prevent Bed Sores, they are working great and they are a God Sent for Me and also Her. The shipping was fast. I would tell anyone that has some one bedfast "don't weight get a Sheep Skin now".
